• IF the package was detained on the way to HK shipping center, we will re-send another same package, at no extra charge.

• IF the package was impounded by the EXPORT customs, we will re-send another same package, at no extra charge.

Your Responsibility

• Please kindly carefully check the Size, Color and QTY for each item on your purchase list.

• Please kindly make sure your detailed address is correct, and your phone number can be got in touch.

• You may be asked to pay import tax, Please kindly assist in handling import duties, especially those packages that to European countries.

Our Responsibility

• We will arrange the shipment according to the negotiated purchasing list.

• We will take pictures and videos of each order's package before shipment.

• Each package can be sent out to our shipping partner within 3days since payment.

Your Risk

• Generally speaking, there are 5% possibility that Your package may be detained by your import customs.

IF such an unlucky thing happens, we will not support a refund.

• Your package may get lost by your local shipping or delivery.
